A. Determine how many cards you want to start with (minimum 300)

B. Pre-approve a prospective list of local businesses. We contact, negotiate with, and contract with the businesses. You do not have to call on businesses.

C. Prepare to sell the cards using ideas we receive from hundreds of our groups. Our groups raise millions of dollars each year with Value Cards.

Selling Price: $10.00 or $12.00 depending on the program you pick.

300 Card Minimum Program:
• Average of 15 unlimited-use discounts all valid for 1 full year.
• Minimum order 300 cards (no returns) / 50 card minimum re-order (no returns).
• Sell Price is $12.00 per card.  Cost is $7.00 per card.

500 Card Minimum Program
• Average of 15 unlimited-use discounts all valid for 1 full year.
• Minimum order 500 cards (no returns) / 50 card minimum re-order (no returns).
• Sell Price is $10.00 per card.  Cost is $5.00 per card / additional profit with FREE card bonus program (see below).
• Return Policy: Less than 1000 cards, return any amount up to the 500 program/More than 1000 cards, return up to 50% of total order at no charge. Cards must be returned within 2 weeks of kick-off date.

Lead Time: For both programs, standard delivery is just 30 - 45 days. If necessary, we can deliver cards sooner. Please call to confirm expedited timing can be accommodated. Re-orders delivered in just 2-5 days.

Payment: Check, Money Order, Mastercard or Visa due upon order unless pre-approved for 30-day terms.

FREE Card Bonus: Group earns 55% or more Profit! To qualify, group agrees to purchase at least 600 or more cards with NO return privileges. Free card quantity is 10% of initial card order. Group keeps full profit on all free cards. Example: Group orders 1300 cards with no return privileges and receives 130 free cards (10% of 1300). Group keeps $10 profit on all 130 free cards earning $1300 additional profit and averaging 55% profit per card.

Free Marketing Materials Provided: 4-color custom flyers, Order Forms with Sample Value Cards, Website and Custom Catalog graphics.

Order-Taker Prize Program:
• Sellers receive 1 FREE card for selling their first 3 cards.
• Supporters who buy 2 cards get 1 card FREE.
• Order-takers are sent to Resource Solutions for processing. Value Card calculates total cards sold, prize cards, and buy 2 get 1 Free cards for each seller. Cards are packed by classroom along with a student sales report for quick and easy card distributions. Cards are shipped free of charge.

Card In-Hand Prize Program:
• Sellers receive 1 FREE card for selling their first 5 cards.
• Supplied Volunteer Ledger is used for easy tracking of cards issued, money, and prize cards earned. Sales representative verifies number of prize cards earned by confirming volunteer ledger. Value card ships all prize cards when sale is completed.

Sign-Up Bonus:
• Each Teacher/Volunteer receives 1 FREE card when group signs up for the Value Card Program. If group has 65 teachers and administrators, Value Card will send 65 additional FREE cards with the school's final order. That's a $650.00 Sign-Up Bonus!

Re-Sign Bonus:
• Groups that re-sign to use the Value Card Fundraiser for next year's sale, receive a 5% FREE card Re-Sign Bonus. If group re-signs and orders 1200 cards, they would receive 60 FREE cards for a total of 1260 cards. Group keeps full $10 profit on 60 FREE cards for a total of $600.00 in extra profit!
