GATEWAY’S GOURMET COOKIE DOUGH BAKING INSTRUCTIONS Defrosting Instructions: Keep at room temperature for approximately three hours or refrigerate overnight until soft. Once the dough is thawed keep refrigerated. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Place round tablespoon of cookie dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow 10 minutes for cookies to cool. Note: Baking time and temperature may vary depending on oven type. Remember, cookie dough is perishable, always keep unused dough frozen or refrigerated.

COOKIES DO NOT SPREAD BAKING PAN Use non-perforated pan. BAKING TIME Bake cookie longer. OVEN TEMPERATURE Check with thermometer.
UNEVEN BAKING OVEN HEAT UNEVEN Turn baking pan half way BAKING PAN TOUCHING through baking time. Allow 2” SIDE OF OVEN space around baking pan.
COOKIES TOO BROWN OVEN TOO HOT Check cookies before end of OVER BAKED baking time.
COOKIES BREAK/CRUMBLE LEFT ON BAKING PAN TOO Let cookies cool on pan for 20 WHEN TAKEN FROM SHEET LONG BECAME DRY AND FIRM minutes or less then remove. |
